April 4-7:  Great Smoky Easter Arts & Crafts Show
Unique handcrafted gifts and products produced by members of Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community are placed on display and offered for sale as they host their annual show at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Demonstrations are part of the show. Gatlinburg Convention Center.

April 8:  Easter Sunrise at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort
Soak up Easter Sunday sunrise from the top of Mt. Harrison at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort during this service sponsored by the Gatlinburg Ministerial Association.

April 7-8:  13th Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament
Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament is open to adults or children – and equally challenging for both visitors and locals, with multiple categories to be contested in this largest trout tournament in the Smokies.

April 16-22:  Gatlinburg MABC Regional Bridge Tournament
This large tournament of the Mid-Atlantic Bridge Conference takes place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center with thousands of players participating in Gold Point events and other programs.  Gatlinburg Convention Center

April 20-21:  Mountain Man March
The Fifth Annual Mountain Man March is a 26.2-mile march in the Smoky Mountains as a tribute to our men and women in uniform. The Mountain Man March begins in downtown Gatlinburg and proceeds up Hwy. 321 to Pittman Center. The marathon course includes stretches of highway and rural road in addition to rugged terrain and mountain slopes.

April 25-29:  Annual Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage
Enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with over 150 different programs, including hiking tours, motorcades, demonstrations & classroom lectures. “It is a rare opportunity for those with a personal love of flowers to have the same access to leaders in the field as researchers”, said Ken McFarland, a botanist and professor at the University of Tennessee.  W.L. Mills Conference Center & various venues

April 26:  Ribfest, Wings & Barbeque
Enjoy the area’s best ribs and wings as well as live entertainment during Gatlinburg’s Ribfest & Wings on Thursday, April 26. One admission price allows sampling until the ribs and wings run out as downtown transforms into a Street Fair.  Downtown

May 5:  Gatlinburg Gateway Triathlon
The fourth annual triathlon at the Community Center starts at 8:15 a.m. and is open to anyone 15 years and older capable of swimming one-half mile, biking twenty kilometers, and running five kilometers consecutively.  Gatlinburg Community Center

May 19 - Oct 13:  Farmers Market
Offering local choices for healthy mountain living, the Gatlinburg Farmers Market is open each Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Alamo Steakhouse parking lot at 705 East Parkway.

March 14-17:  18th Annual Mountain Quiltfest 
If you love quilts and love making quilts this is the event for you. The mountain quiltfest show draws more then 20,000 quilting enthusiasts each year from around the United States.  Music Road Convention Center

March 24 - April 30:  Dollywood’s Festival of Nations
(closed Tuesdays and Easter Sunday)
An international celebration of music, dance, food and artistry. Just as the tulips start to emerge from the ground and the dogwood and redbud trees bloom in a vivid display of color, performers from around the world unveil special entertainment from their native lands. Dollywood’s many stages feature lively dances, amazing acrobats, vibrant vocalists and more as Festival of Nations ushers in another season at the park.

March 17:  3rd Annual Diner Rats Shamrock Saturday Cruisin' for Food
Bring canned, boxed and non-perishable food for the Sevier County Food Ministries or Wears Valley Ranch. Noon cruise from Tennessee Smokies Stadium at I40 exit 407 (HWY 66) and cruise to THE DINER. Rain or shine.

April 7:  The Diner's Spring Fling Cruise In
The Diner. Music by Gary's Sound Machine. Open Cruise In. Trophies for Best of Show, THE DINER Pick, THE DINER RATS Big Cheese, Noon to 5 pm. Games, Drawings & Prizes before 6 p.m.

May 3:  10th Annual Yellow Mustang Stampede

May 18-19: 8th Annual Bloomin', Barbecue & Bluegrass Festival
Tennessee State Barbecue Championship, bluegrass concerts, arts & crafts, food, and authentic mountain crafts. A family event! Downtown Sevierville

May 18-19:  Sevierville Triathlon and Splash & Dash
May 18th will be the Sevier Friday Night 5K Run. On May 19th they will hold the adult triathlon and kid's splash and dash.

May 26: United Way Apple Day: Bringing Together the Community
From 10am-5pm we will be having apple eating contests, apple baseball, local companies preparing apple based food (mostly desserts), we will be having both live and silent auctions with numerous donations from all venues of Sevier County. This is the perfect opportunity to come together for a great time to fellowship with all members of the community. Neighbors helping neighbors.
